Welcome to the Common Wealth Supportive Services
Commonwealth Supportive Services, LLC is an organization serving individuals in the Central Virginia area. Our facility provides services and support to adults in Virginia. The program provides support to individuals with Development Disabilities, at CSS they will obtain life skills for independent living along with support services and personal care, as needed.
Commonwealth Supportive Services , LLC is an organization providing immediate mental health care, 24 hours a day, seven days per week, to assist individuals who are experiencing acute psychiatric dysfunction that require immediate clinical attention. CSS program objective is to prevent exacerbation of a condition, injury to the client or others, and to provide treatment of the least restrictive setting.

Who Qualifies for services?
CSS accepts Wavier services and Medicaid providers.
Developmental Disability Waiver Services Qualifications:
Must have an active waiver services, a Support coordinator with your local CSB’s. Contact us via email and/or telephone number.
Behavioral Health Services qualifications:
Mobile Crisis must be referred from HUB (#988) and must have active medicaid
Community Stabilization must have recent hospitalization, Mobile crisis response, or 23-hour crisis without active Mental Health Skill building. Must have active medicaid.
